I stepped into a role no one really understood at the time:

Virtual Assistant.

Back then, VA services were limited—mainly basic admin work for a few industries. I had no real estate experience, no admin training. But I was an Operations Manager at a BPO center. I knew how to lead teams, build systems, and thrive in startup chaos. I was eager to learn, self-sufficient, and unafraid to figure things out.

That was enough to get started.

📈 What Started Small…

My very first task? Organizing the company’s database.

Then came:

• Preparing real estate documents (for sellers, then buyers)

• Completing BPOs for REO listings

• Supporting listings from client consultation → escrow

• Managing front office ops remotely when in-house staff moved on

• Learning financial tracking and office systems

• Managing calendars, emails, and booking travel

🤝 Earning Trust Over Time

As my role evolved, so did the trust:

• Leading and training other VAs as the business grew

• Access to financial accounts

• Support for legal filings and tax submissions

• Supporting them in managing their other business ventures

• Trusted with sensitive company information and high-level decisions

I became more than support.
